Party Expert can inflate balloons purchased elsewhere, as long as their quality, material, and condition are suitable for helium inflation.

Helium fees apply based on the size of the balloon.

If a balloon is not suitable for helium inflation, the store may refuse to inflate it to avoid the balloon breaking or deflating quickly.

To confirm the applicable fees or whether your balloon can be inflated, we recommend contacting your Party Expert store before visiting.
