If your tracking shows that your package was delivered, but you did not receive it, we recommend opening a claim directly with the carrier.

This will allow the carrier to start an investigation into the delivery.

Before opening a claim, please check around your delivery address, with other members of your household, your neighbours, or your building reception, if applicable.

For a package shipped with UPS:

You will need your tracking number to start the claim.
