The estimated delivery date is displayed directly on each product page.

This estimate is based on the selected delivery address or region.

Processing and delivery time

Processing time is generally under 24 business hours.

Once your order has been processed, delivery may take between 1 and 8 business days, depending on your location in Canada.

Please note that our warehouse is open Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday or Tuesday.

During busy periods, such as holidays, Halloween, or special promotional events, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.

Shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Party Expert cannot be held responsible for parcels that are undeliverable due to an incomplete or incorrect address.

If a parcel is returned to our warehouse because it could not be delivered or was not picked up in time, additional fees may apply for the return and for reshipping the parcel.

Oversized items and remote locations

Some items may be considered oversized and may require additional shipping fees.

Additional charges may also apply for certain remote locations.

Any applicable shipping charges will always be shown in your cart and at checkout before you complete your order.
