Refunds are issued to the payment method used at checkout.

Once the refund has been processed by Party Expert, posting times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your order was paid with a gift card or a store credit, the refund will be returned to the gift card/store credit.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
