This policy applies to purchases made directly in a Party Expert store.

With your receipt, you may return or exchange an item within 10 days of the purchase date.

The item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.

Refunds are issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase.

Your name, address, and a valid phone number may be required to process a refund.

If an item is defective, it may be exchanged for an identical or equivalent item.


Final sale items

For safety, hygiene, or seasonal reasons, some items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

  • Unpackaged toys
