If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you did not receive it, we recommend opening a claim directly with the carrier. This will allow the carrier to start an investigation.

If your package was shipped withĀ UPS, you can open a claim here:

You will need to enter your tracking number to start the claim.

If your package was shipped withĀ Canada Post, you can report the missing package here:

Once the claim is opened, the carrier will investigate the delivery. If you need help identifying which carrier was used for your order, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number.
