To track your order, log in to your account on the Party Expert website.

In your account, go to the Order section to view your order summary and status.

If you would like to receive tracking notifications, you can also use the Track your order with Shop option, if available.

Make sure to use the email address or phone number used to place the order.

If you are unable to access your order tracking, please contact our Customer Service team with your 6-digit order number.
