Party Expert accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be new, unused, unworn, in their original unopened packaging, and include all accessories.

Before returning an item, your request must be approved by our team or through our Online Return Center.

Returns that do not meet our conditions may be refused.


Return conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The return must be started within 30 days of receiving your order
  • The item must be new, unused, and unworn
  • The item must be in its original unopened packaging
  • All accessories must be included
  • The return must be approved before it is sent back
  • The return document generated through the return process must be included in the package

Return fees and refunds

Return fees are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued to the payment method used at checkout.

Once the refund has been processed by Party Expert, posting times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Return exceptions

Some items are final sale or not eligible for return or exchange.

This includes:

  • Socks and stockings
  • Eyelashes
  • Wigs, beards, and artificial hair
  • Cosmetics
  • Teeth
  • Prosthetic noses, chins, and prosthetics
  • Cigarette holders
  • Pet costumes
  • Lipstick
  • Chocolate and candies
  • Helium tanks
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Partial Party Kits
