A package may be returned to Party Expert if the carrier was unable to complete the delivery.

This can happen if the address is incomplete or incorrect, if the package was not picked up in time, or if the carrier was unable to deliver the package after multiple attempts.

If your tracking shows that your package was returned to sender, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and tracking number.

Our team will review the situation and confirm the next steps.

Fees may apply for the package to be returned to our warehouse and shipped again.
