Will my order arrive before my party or event?
We understand that your order may be needed for a specific celebration. Delivery estimates include both order processing time and carrier transit time.
We recommend placing your order as early as possible and choosing a shipping method that fits your event date.
Please note that delivery times cannot be guaranteed in the event of carrier delays, weather issues, holidays, remote areas, or oversized items.
Why was I charged extra shipping for an oversized item?
Some products require additional handling because of their size, shape, or packaging. These items may have an oversized shipping fee shown at checkout.
Oversized shipping fees help cover carrier handling costs and may still apply even when a free-shipping promotion is active.
Examples of oversized items: piñatas, large decorations, Halloween props.
My tracking has not updated
Tracking can take some time to update after a package leaves our facility. If your tracking has not moved for several business days, please contact us with your order number so we can review the situation.
During peak seasons, carrier scans may be delayed even while the package is still in transit.
My package says delivered, but I did not receive it
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check around your delivery location, with household members, building reception, neighbors, or your local carrier pickup point.
If the package is still missing, please contact us with your order number and delivery address so we can help review the situation.
My order was returned to sender
If your package is returned to us by the carrier, we will review the reason for the return.
Return-to-sender packages may be caused by an incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, refused delivery, or missed pickup deadlines.
Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.
