⏰ WHY HASN’T MY ORDER SHIPPED YET?Updated 2 days ago



There are a few reasons why your order may not appear as shipped yet.

In some cases, we may be verifying item availability before completing the shipment. If an item is missing, damaged, or unavailable, our team may need extra time to review the order or contact you if needed.

It is also possible that your package has already left our warehouse, but the carrier has not scanned it yet. When this happens, the tracking information may not update right away.
