During the Halloween season, special return and exchange conditions apply.

For orders placed between August 1 and October 31, no return or exchange will be accepted after October 16 for the following items:

Halloween costumes

Halloween decorations

Costume accessories

Halloween party supplies

Halloween costumes must be exchanged within 10 days of the delivery date.

In-store exchanges are accepted for costumes, costume accessories, Halloween decorations, and Halloween party supplies, as long as the merchandise is new, unused, unworn, in its original unopened packaging, and includes all accessories.

These items cannot be refunded in store. In-store service is available for exchange only.
