I WANT TO EDIT OR CANCEL MY ORDERUpdated a year ago

We know you want your order fast so as soon as it is placed, we are on it! 

Regrettably, this means that we cannot cancel or make any changes to your order. This can include but is not limited to:

  • Billing or shipping address update
  • Addition or removal of items
  • Change in colour/size of items
  • Addition or removal of a discount code
  • Order cancellation request
  • Shipping method change


If you input the incorrect address at checkout, we cannot be held accountable if the order goes missing. We are not liable to refund/replace this order.


Cancel an order:

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we can cancel your order and process a complete refund to your original payment method.

We unfortunately cannot cancel orders once they have shipped. You may want information on a return instead.


Remove or add items to your order : 

If your order has not yet shipped and you need to remove or add an item (or items), but don't want to cancel the whole thing, we can help!
