My payment was declined. What should I do?

If your payment was declined, please first verify that your billing information matches your payment method.

You can also try:

  • Using another payment method
  • Refreshing the page
  • Trying another browser or device
  • Contacting your bank or payment provider to make sure the transaction is not being blocked

If the issue continues, please contact us with a screenshot of the error message, if available.



I was charged, but I did not receive an order confirmation. What should I do?

Please check your inbox, junk, and spam folders first. Order confirmation emails can sometimes be filtered there.

If you still cannot find your confirmation email, please contact us with:

  • The email address used at checkout
  • Your full name
  • The amount charged
  • The approximate time of the transaction
  • A screenshot of the charge, if available

Our team will review the transaction and help confirm whether an order was created.



My checkout is not working. What should I do?

If you are having trouble completing your order, please try refreshing the page or using another browser or device.

You can also verify that:
