🔄 WHY WAS AN ITEM CANCELLED OR REFUNDED FROM MY ORDER?Updated 2 days ago



Sometimes, an item may be missing, damaged, or no longer available when we are preparing your order.


When this happens, we always try to contact you before refunding the item. If we are unable to reach you, or if we cannot find a suitable replacement, we may decide to refund the item so that the rest of your order is not delayed.


Once the refund is processed, the amount for the unavailable item will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
